What to Know Before You Start
Can a sagging floor be corrected without replacing every joist?
Sometimes. The cause and condition of surrounding framing determine whether reinforcement, selective replacement or a broader repair is appropriate.
Will structural work require an engineer?
Many load-bearing changes do. We evaluate the scope and obtain or coordinate engineered guidance where required.
Can you repair girders in crawl spaces?
Girder and support concerns can be assessed where access is safe, with repair work based on the actual condition of the structure.
